I wasn't able to get the exact names of the dumplings but the first two pictures are the hakaw and the third picture is the dumpling with soup inside.

Yeeeah. First time to taste dumplings with soup inside.

Sabi ni Yani, you bite the top portion of the dumpling then sip the soup. Super Cool.
