So after months of hesitation, I had the guts to bring my bag to Trinoma. Without questions asked, the girl made a repair slip for me. She said that I could get it after 2 weeks. Yesterday, I got their call that I can pick it up.
Wow.:) I was happy!
I went to Trinoma today and picked the bag up. The girl told me that they weren't able to fix it. So, she gave me a NEW LAPDANCE LAPTOP BAG! As in brand new! She even tore the tag right in front of me saying...
"Ma'am, sabi po kasi ng boss ko na hindi na namin maayos yung bag. So bibigyan na lang po namin kayo ng bago!"
This is customer service at its finest! The girl was super friendly! They did not hesitate to ask why the bag was THAT damaged! (Baka hindi nila ayusin pag ipinakita ko sa kanila LAHAT ng linalagay ko inside my bag!) I tell you the bag is sturdy, but everything has its own limits. I took that bag to its LIMITS, I tell you!
